Over the years our school has helped hundreds of drivers become certified and pass both their theory exam and practical test so they can go out on the road and enjoy a whole new level of freedom. We only work with the very best teachers who already have a great track record of achieving the best pass rates, proven safety records and have demonstrated an ability to work in a way that helps our students learn, including the teaching of modern driving techniques that take into account new technologies entering motor vehicles helping you to drive using less fuel, or avoid accidents. For a while I didn't know what to call our school, before we settled on one name - Driving Compass - and that's because we will always point you in the right direction, just like a compass.

If you have any questions or queries prior to commencing your lessons with us, you're very welcome to call us or contact us via our onsite forms or via our email address and we always do our best to contact you back ASAP. You are welcome to make bookings both online and over the phone, however we stress that we can only guarantee a specific time and date for your driving lesson over the phone, whilst email may take us 24 hours to call you and confirm your lesson slot. Custom packages, intensive lessons are available for those with specific needs. Driving refresher courses are also available for those who already have their driving licence but are perhaps a little nervous after a long absence from operating a vehicle and want to have one or two refresher drives out to become more relaxed and confident in their vehicle and have an instructor on hand with their dual controls and friendly advice, just in case - This can be completed in our vehicle or yours, however we would recommend your own vehicle solely because this is the vehicle you will be driving on a day to day basis and all cars are different, have slightly different feature sets such as automatic parking, anti-lock brakes or lane assist etc. Your instructor will explain all these to you and how and when to operate these driving aids.
